I’ve entered to win tickets. What happens next?
Once you apply for tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you’ve applied via the iTunes Store or the official festival app, you’ll be notified whether or not you’ve won tickets starting in July 2013 and up to 7 days before each show, when the prize draw closes. If you’ve been chosen as a winner for any of the shows, you’ll need to confirm your tickets within 72 hours of the email having been sent. If you have entered via the app and enabled push notifications, you are also eligible to receive last-minute tickets to a concert, pending availability.
